SMS and Call Reporting provides extensions to manage unwanted communication. Message Filtering extension. Identifies and filters unwanted SMS and MMS messages. Unwanted Communication Reporting extension. Lets users report unwanted SMS messages and calls as spam.

To report SMS messages and calls as spam, the user must enable an Unwanted Communication Reporting extension, called an SMS/Call Reporting extension in the Settings app (see Settings > Phone > SMS/Call Reporting). The user can only enable one Unwanted Communication Reporting extension at a time.
Apple really has no control over or no way to stop SMS messages. In the U.S. you can report spam messages to your carrier by forwarding the message to SPAM (7726).
First make a note of the phone number the spam text came from. Now open the message and tap on the Edit button. Select the spam message by tapping on the radio button next to the message. Forward the selected message by tapping the Forward button.
To report SMS messages and calls as spam, the user must enable an Unwanted Communication Reporting extension, called an SMS/Call Reporting extension in the Settings app (see Settings > Phone > SMS/Call Reporting).
Navigate to Settings → Do Not Disturb. Toggle Manual ON (green slider) to enable Do Not Disturb (DND), or schedule a time for DND to automatically switch on. Tap Allow Calls From. Select All Contacts.
