A Two-Day Nonresident Hunting License is not valid for hunting deer, bear, antelope, elk, bighorn sheep or wild pig.

Reporting requirements Although it's ignored by more than half of all successful deer hunters, Pennsylvania's game law requires every hunter who harvests a deer to report it to the Game Commission within 10 days by sending in a postage-paid report card or making a report online or over the phone.

Antler restrictions In most of Pennsylvania, an antlered deer must have three points on one side to be legally harvested. In the western part of the state, however, there are five Imus in which the rule is three points to a side, not including the brow tine.
