Easy to use, a little misleading on the web site "try for free" and then it wants to charge me to save / print, but live chat was quick and the chat agent (Anne) was awesome and provided me a 7 day free trial so I can see if this will be worth the subscription. I worked fine except when I tried to print from you size and then it would not print full size. I had to download it to get it to print the correct size.

I love the ease of completing the forms. I have completed over 30 documents and each one was easy to find in the library once I put the document number in. I love the fact that you can choose which pages you would like to print. Another great feature is it saves each document automatically and you can save the completed document to another device.

It was quick and convenient. The only problem I had is that the updated form was not the correct one sent to the email. It continued to send and older version.

I utilize the feature for certificates of insurance. It’s very nice to have the mobile app to be able to use that when I’m on the go .

The way it saves documents or re-saves them or use as a template is very confusing . And not all of the options on the desktop version are also available on the mobile version .

Great and easy way to make sure your PDFs are signed, sealed, and delivered as quick as possible.
As a contract administrator for my company, this makes signing PDFs easy, and allows it to be done in a timely manner. Easy to navigate, allows you to download your finished, signed PDF for storage.
Takes a little bit of time to learn the advanced functions, and a variety of color coding features who make highlighting PDFs more efficient when needed/if multiple people are adding notes.
