I found that PDFfiller allowed me to fill out & print tax forms that were not supported by my tax software.I do wish that your service was bit more straight forward in the pricing. I almost didn't sign up because I felt tricked into using the form thinking it was free. A free form or 2 and I would have signed up 100% no questions. Allowing me to fill it out first then charging me was more like a 50% chance I was going to sign up & pay.

Like that it remembers where I was in filling in the forms. Filling in was a little awkward on the government forms I was working with. Would help to have a built in tracking mechanism to determine progress.

So surprised and happy to find this VA…
So surprised and happy to find this VA application online and available to convert to a filler style form. Printing the document by-hand was painful and re-dos were tedious but with your program I was able to complete and annotate (where needed) the application in a legible, presentable manner. Thank you for this program.

I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. Kara provided great tech assistance and she was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The 4 stars is for Kara. The company on the other hand... not so helpful. They are great at marketing their product but provide very limited and nearly useless resources for helping their subscribers troubleshoot issues and/or educating the consumer on the tools and functions of the product. The company YouTube channel spends about 30 seconds on "how to" and the remainder of the video is promoting the product. Seriously, every single video, watch for yourself. All fluff and no substance.

I really appreciate how streamlined and easy it is to fill out tax docs! Makes it so much more hassle free. My only issue is that it's a 100% free service, as I wish this was something the IRS did a long time ago.

What do you like best?
I like to be able to upload multiple documents and then have the ability to rearrange them if needed, or remove, or even add to my entire document.
What do you dislike?
I do not like that the desktop extention frequently has errors, and continues to lag. I also do not like that the fax portion is uncustomizable.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It helps me to add or remove specific line items, which I do not want others to see. It also allows us to add pictures to the PDF documents, such as signatures, and or stamps for notary.

What do you dislike?
sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.

Great experience when I used it when I had to switch over to my online college classes, but unfortunately, you cannot add some special characters such as the degree sign not can I put subscripts which I need for my chemistry class, but everything was on point!
