Minimal experience. Does take the time out of huge forms to fill out - even for my kids' school. $20 a month is a lot for the convenience. I will likely cancel after my 1 month.

PDF Filler makes completing forms on line much easier. coloured boxes and messages to highlight where information needs to be inserted ensures nothing is missed out.

What do you like best?
I can sign paperwork, make changes and do it all without a printer wherever I am in the world.
What do you dislike?
There are some some glitches with the program.. for example to save a document you first have to make a duplicate of it. Also, I thought there was a way to re-number pages but that feature seems to be gone?

very happy so far
very happy so far, awesome program for what I'm doing, fairly easy to navigate thus far, the real test will come in a few months when I'm using it a bit more to its potential.

Fast and easy
This was easy to use. I filled out my tax form and it was immediately sent to the IRS via certified mail. I’m able to track my document and know it will arrive on time. I’m happy I didn’t have to wait 30 min in line at the post office to send the document.

So far astonishing. I created a fillable govt form locally=TEDIOUS. Uploaded it. Filled it out. Bad tab order :(. . Was able to change the tab order VERY easily. Send to email and boom. Awsome. So far

The PDF Filler worked great
The PDF Filler worked great. I only used it once and since I had no occasion to use it again, I cancelled. There were no issues with the cancellation. The charge was removed from my credit card. I am very happy with this product. I will order it again when I need it.

What does a title report show?
A title report is your protection against unforeseen issues with a parcel of land you wish to buy. It contains the results of the title search, including the legal owner, the legal description of the property, and any problems clouding the title such as liens and encroachments.
What is a Title preliminary report?
A preliminary report is a report prepared prior to issuing a policy of title insurance that shows the ownership of. A specific parcel of land, together with the liens and encumbrances thereon which will not be covered under a subsequent title insurance policy.
What do title reports look for?
For a buyer, the title report will reveal various liens, encroachments, easements and anything else recorded against the property. The title company compiles the report from a search of county records in order to issue title insurance, and any liens against the property are listed as exceptions to title insurance.
What does a title search look for?
A title search will determine the legal owner of the property. Reveal any mortgages, liens, judgments, or unpaid taxes that will have to be cleared before the property can be sold. And detail any existing easements, restrictions, or leases affecting the property.
What do preliminary title reports look for?
The preliminary report will include items such as the owner's name, property legal description, and any exceptions to the title policy. While every property will have some exceptions, certain exceptions must be removed before a title policy can be issued. One example is a deed of trust securing a loan.
