Great app! Use it on my phone which is great and handy in situations where documents need to be signed and done in a hurry. Only down fall is mailing documents sometimes gets sent to spam or junk mail. So tell your recipient to check their spam box just incase.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. Pdffiller, great if you fall into the niche
I love being able to merge several photos into one pdf without having to worry about awful formatting. It's pleasant to use and it gives good results.
This product is not actually free (in my experience) I would appreciate free trials without the need for credit card info.

Great experience when I used it when I had to switch over to my online college classes, but unfortunately, you cannot add some special characters such as the degree sign not can I put subscripts which I need for my chemistry class, but everything was on point!

Why did IFRS 16 replace IAS 17?
IAS 17 Lease is currently being replaced by IFRS 16 Leases which is developed by International Accounting Standards Board. IFRS 16 changes this by requiring a lessee to recognize arising right of use (YOU) assets and lease liabilities on their balance sheet.
Does IFRS 16 replace IAS 17?
IFRS 16 relates to accounting for leases and was issued in January 2016 by The IASB (International Accounting Standards Board) and replaces IAS 17. However, this still leaves the option for operating leases to take assets and their associated liabilities off the balance sheet.
Is IAS 17 still applicable?
Overview. IAS 17 Leases prescribes the accounting policies and disclosures applicable to leases, both for lessees and lessors. IAS 17 was reissued in December 2003 and applies to annual periods beginning on or after 1 January 2005. IAS 17 will be superseded by IFRS 16 Leases as of 1 January 2019.
What IAS 17?
IAS 17 sets out the required accounting treatments and disclosures for finance and operating leases by both lessors and lessees, except where IAS 40 is applied to investment property held by a lessee. A finance lease a lease that transfers substantially all the risks and reward of ownership.
Is IFRS 16 mandatory?
The IASB published IFRS 16 Leases in January 2016 with an effective date of 1 January 2019. The new standard requires lessees to recognize nearly all leases on the balance sheet which will reflect their right to use an asset for a period of time and the associated liability for payments.
What does IFRS 16 replace?
IFRS 16 is a new International Financial Reporting Standard for lease accounting which came into force on 1 January 2019. It replaced the existing IAS 17 accounting standard and was introduced by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB).
What is the difference between IAS 17 and IFRS 16?
The main difference between the two standards are as follows: Under IAS 17, finance leases are recognised as assets and operating leases are recognised as expenses. In IFRS 16, all leases will be recognised as assets and brought onto the balance sheet.

IAS 17 classifies leases into two types: a finance lease if the lease transfers substantially all the risks and rewards incidental to ownership. And. An operating lease if the lease does not transfer substantially all the risks and rewards incidental to ownership.
