VERY EASY TO USE PLUS ONE SUGGESTION
VERY EASY TO USE. THE ONLY THING I THINK NEEDS TO CHANGE IS THAT WHEN I SAVE THE DOCUMENT, INSTEAD OF SAYING IRS FORM 940 (OR SOMETHING CLOSE TO THAT) I THINK THE YEAR OF THE FORM THAT WAS WORKED ON. FOR EXAMPLE: IRS FORM 940 2019

Fillable Forms
I wish you could download your fillable form to a website with all features included
You an edit PDFs and make forms fillable. It is easy to navigate and design your forms. I thought it was easy to add additional information to an existing pdf.
I would like to be able to download the form to my computer and post to my company website and have all features work.

I would love to attend a webinar eventually, but time right now does not allow it. I have been extremely pleased with pdfFiller and recommend it to everyone I know who has to fill out a lot of forms.
Maybe slower than hand writing , but legible which is extremely important. My biggest issue is somehow I have two accounts with other documents saved and do not know how to merge them. That was my problem not realizing i had an account already. Thank yall so much!!!

How do you amend a bylaw?
Prepare the amendment. Make sure you indicate which section of the articles or bylaws will be changing. Hold a meeting of the board of directors. Hold a vote. Keep minutes. Distribute notices. Hold the shareholder meeting. Keep minutes. File the amended document.
How do I amend HOA bylaws?
Determine whether your HOA needs to revise its CC&Rs. Find out your state's legal process to change CC&Rs. Contact an attorney. Notify homeowners about proposed amendments to CC&Rs. Host open community meetings on CC&R changes.
Can a HOA board change the rules?
HOA rules aren't typically part of your HOA's original governing documents, and the board can adopt new rules as it goes along. That means they don't need to go through an amendment process like you'd initiate with your other governing documents.
How do I change my condo bylaws?
”In a cooperative, you may want to change the maintenance requirements, or the board of directors requirements, or the flip tax (for transferring a unit). In a condo, the association can change bylaws to address such issues as a change in voting procedures, special assessments or the term of the board.
Do HOA rules override city ordinances?
If the state statute says, “unless otherwise provided in the community documents”, it means the HOA gov docs prevail (override) the state law. Also, if a covenant is more restrictive than city/co code it effectively overrides that city code.
How often should bylaws be amended?
While it is appropriate to review an organization's bylaws regularly (at least every 3-5 years or whenever there is a known change in the law that might affect the governance of the organization), certain provisions that need to be modified more often may belong in a separate policy document.
Can you amend bylaws?
Handling a motion to amend bylaws But if your bylaws have no provisions for their amendment, the requirement is a two-thirds vote with previous notice, or without notice, a majority of the entire membership. Primary and secondary amendments to your proposed bylaw amendment can't exceed the scope of the notice.
How long are bylaws good for?
The bylaws need to be current and accurate, so they represent the organization of their membership. Bylaws should be changed every five years, so they stay up to date with the rules and regulations. The financial (or fiscal) year should also be stated.
