When I first signed up, I only wanted a personal account. They system did not provide me with an option to choose, that I could see, between accounts. It automatically signed me up for professional and now I have to jump through a few hoops to cancel the pro and sign up for personal.

So Far, I have enjoyed using the software and it's ease of use. It accomplished the initial task I required, however, was disapponted when full functionality offered failed. Namely the USPS mailing feature. This caused personal business delay of service. I am interested in the use of this application for my business. Digital forms like a product trial agreement and installment payment agreement with customers is a secondary spin off that may be valuable to me. Storing signatures and document sharing is a plus. I like it's integration with Google Drive and others. I will recommend to others but st this point as a trial only.

No, I think its a good program. Just a few things I need to learn how to use. Although, it's a bit costly, I would like to keep using, but it may be expensive for my business.

What do you like best? Redacting of documents and contracts, signing contracts What do you dislike? I haven't found anything to dislike. There is nothing missing for my use. Recommendations to others considering the product: Quick and easy What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Redacting of documents is quick and easy. Benefit is that it eliminates the need to print, sign and scan.

Excellent customer service. Keep it up. Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.
