Works well with 2 exceptions. There was an odd small "box" on the left-hand side of the saved document that I was able to erase with the erase tool. There were also signature verification notifications superimposed on the signatures.

AWESOME SOFTWARE Great software, the only challenge I had was the sign in process. I have had a few accounts as I had challenges signing in and ended up making additional accounts. This could be user error but I am sure others have had this issue also.

Always put a contract amendment in writing and make sure both parties sign and date it. Reference the title of the contract, if applicable. Its original parties. And original signing date, so that it is clear what document you are amending. Attach the amendment to the original contract.
Write, Agreement to Amend Contract at the top of the pertinent page. Enter the names and titles of parties involved. Clearly state in a sentence or two that both parties are agreeing to amend this contract on such-and-such date and such-and-such time. Then clearly describe the changes in writing.
State the original contract clause that is being amended, word for word. Specify the new amendment that is replacing the original contract wording. There are several ways to specify the new amendment, such as striking through words of the old contract, inserting words for the new amendment or doing both.
Once a contract has been signed, then it typically cannot be changed unless all parties to the contract agree to the modifications. There are many reasons why you might want to modify a contract. Those would include to: change the payment terms of the contract (for instance, allowing installment payments).
You ask your lawyers: “Certainly, a simple email cannot amend that thick asset purchase agreement?” The short answer is “Yes, it can.” Most agreements have boilerplate “signed writing” requirements that require any amendment or modification to be in writing and signed by the parties to the agreement.
Amending a Contract. In situations that require more than just a limited waiver or consent, a contract amendment may be appropriate. When you amend a contract, you change the original contract in some way. This can include adding, deleting, or correcting portions of the contract.
An amendment to an existing contract is a separate legal document that changes the terms of an existing contract by adding, removing, or changing the obligations or benefits provided under that existing agreement. All parties to a contract must normally agree to the amendment.
An amendment is a formal or official change made to a law, contract, constitution, or other legal document. It is based on the verb to amend, which means to change for better. They are often used when it is better to change the document than to write a new one.
