free trial is great thanks but not sure how long i will need access for. I can cancel my subscription and thats great too but it means that i most likely wont pay the first subscription. Great for me but not for you. My point is, I would have been more than happy to pay maybe a "pay as you go" fee. Something like £2 to download for example, then maybe i would have to subscribe to use the other options available. just a though. thanks for a great site though :)

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. Unfortunately once a campaign has been sent, it cannot be stopped or edited since the content has already been sent to the servers.
Delete a campaignClick the Campaigns icon. Click All campaigns. Check the box next to any campaign that you want to delete. Click the Delete button. In they Are you Sure? Pop-up modal, type DELETE in all caps and click Delete.
To delete a classic automation, follow these steps. Pause all emails in the automation you want to delete. Save and return to the Campaigns page. Check the box for the automation you want to delete. Click Delete. In they Are you sure? Pop-up modal, type DELETE, and click Delete.
Type the first few letters of the email address you'd like to remove from this workflow, select the subscriber(s), and click the “Remove from workflow” button: As soon as you click the remove button, this subscriber will be removed from your workflow entirely and won't receive any emails from this workflow.
To do this, navigate to the Workflows link in the top navigation bar of your account. Hover over the workflow you wish to remove a subscriber from and click on the three dots in the top right corner: You will see a menu drop down. One of the options is Remove subscribers.
Search for the name of the contact you want to enroll and go into their contact record. In the Workflow memberships card on the right, click Manage workflow memberships. You can now search for the workflow you want to remove them from. Hover over the workflow and click “Enroll”.
