Forms customized with form pages Click the File tab. Click Save As. In the File name box, type a name for the form. In the Save as type box, click a file type. To save the form as an Outlook template, click Outlook Template, and then save the form in the Templates folder.

Currently, there is no 'Save and continue late' feature in Microsoft forms. I understand your requirement and I agree it would be great if there was one, especially for the long forms because sometimes it is not possible to complete and submit the form at once.
How to enable and configure the feature. To enable the option to Allow recipients to save their progress and continue later, navigate to Account Settings > Global Settings > Web Forms. Check the Allow recipients to save their progress and continue later option and Save the page configuration.
How to Transfer Your Forms and Data to Another Account Log in to your Jotform account. Contact Support and request to move your forms. In your request, list the URL of your forms to transfer. Provide the username or email address of the account where you want to transfer your forms and data. Submit the ticket and wait.
When you fill out a Google Form in your Google account, your progress is automatically saved as a draft for 30 days. This means if you can't complete a form or need to switch devices, you don't have to start over the next time you open the form. Important: If you're offline, autosave doesn't work.
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently there is no autosave feature available on form that save the user responses automatically. In order to save the response, Save and Continue options needs to be enabled in the form. Then once user click on the Save button.
