As far as I have been using it it looks nice, the only problem that I found was when I choose to convert my pdf into a word document some letters and format change or is missing.

I had some issues with my account and billing so I used their live chat and it took no more than 3 minutes for them to settle my issue and refund my money. How do I save an email for the future?
Open Outlook and create a new email message. Click the File tab. Choose Save as. Choose Outlook Template from the dropdown and name the file. Click Save. Click New Items > More Items > Choose Form. Select “User Templates in File System” from the dropdown. Find your file and click Open.
Can you save emails to a hard drive?
Save To Hard Drive Highlight all the folders, files, or zip file you created and copy the files. Navigate to the external hard drive where you want to save your emails and paste them in.
How do I save old emails?
Export everything to an Outlook. PST file. Drag emails from Outlook to a desktop folder. Use the Save as command in Outlook. Use Google Takeout. Use a desktop email client.
How do I save old emails in Gmail?
Open a web browser, go to my account.google.com, and sign in to your Google account. Select Manage your data and personalization. In the Download, delete, or make a plan for your data section, select Download your data. In the Products section, select Deselect all.
