I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. I really liked how the software navigates you through the document so quickly so you don't forget to fill in any information, and it tells you if the recipient receives it.
It's supposed to have just about any document you would need or want but I couldn't find any of the ones I needed. It was frustrating trying to look for a document and not be able to figure out where the list was.

This program has great functionality
This program has great functionality for myself and my team and they have excellent customer service. I switched to PDF filler nearly two years ago and have never looked back.

I mistakenly did not cancel the trial…
I mistakenly did not cancel the trial period and was billed for a year's subscription. When I wrote to the support team, they immediately cancelled the subscription with a full refund. Even though the mistake had been mine, there was no lengthy questioning about how it happened or extra surcharges or the like. I very much appreciated their professionalism in meeting my needs.

How do I save a form on my laptop?
Click File on the top menu, choose Save, and save your document in your Documents folder or to your desktop for easy retrieval later. (Pressing the Alt key, followed by the F key and the S key, does the same thing.) Click the Save icon. Hold down Ctrl and press the S key.

How can I save my documents online?
With a document open in an Office program, click File > Save As > OneDrive. If you haven't signed in, do that now by clicking Sign In. Or if you haven't signed up for a Microsoft account, click Sign up. After you sign up or sign in, save your document to OneDrive.
How do I find my saved documents?
In the corner of your screen, select the Launcher. Up arrow. Open Files. On the left, choose where your file is saved. For files, you've just used, select Recent. For a list of files by type, select Image, Video, or Audio. For Android app files, select My files Play files. Find your file and double-click it to open.
