I like using the program the only downfall for me is unless I pay more for the subscription I'm not allowed to use the premier options. That is my opinion It's already expensive for me since I really only use it for tax returns.

My experience has been great. It allows me to do whatever I would need to do with a PDF and then some!
I liked that you can do just about everything with the software from edited forms to filling them out or creating them. All in one solution.
There really isn't much I can say I didn't like about the software. It really allows for me to do everything I would need to do with a PDF document.

It works - one problem I found though is that after I scanned a document with the Adobe scanner, the document was locked with password not allowing it to be opened by the person I sent the document to. I didn't seek that extra security so I basically don't know where it NOcame from.

Impressive customer service (LIVE support)
I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. How do I change the default save location for PDF?
Click on the Options logo in the top right corner. The Options window will open. Click on General. Click on Change next to Default folder to save files. In the window which opens, navigate to the folder where your files should be saved. Then choose Ok. The new folder will now be where files are saved by default.
