I was a little confused when I first began using the app, but did an online chat with their agent who walked me through what I needed to know. Therefore; I would recommend this subscription to any Commercial Insurance Agent who issues multiple Acord forms.

I found PDF filler to be very helpful, however there was a bit of confusion with the cost of the account account. I I thought that I would be getting charged $6 dollars per month however my bank account was charged $72 dollars for an entire years subscription. I do not fill out enough documents to make a years subscription worthwhile. If that is the case, I think the website should give you the option of a 30 day trial period, and then give you the option of committing to a 1 year subscription. Otherwise, be more clear that you all are charging the entire $72 as oppose to the $6 per month. I have since canceled my subscription and I do not intend to use the website any longer. I would definitely like a refund effective immediately.

So far I like it. I don't like that it saves it multiple times and when I try to get rid of the older versions it erases all. I am not sure if I am doing it wrong. Overall, I like the features. I'd like to see the rotating feature added. For instance, when you erase and add a new text, and thd pdf page is crooked, you can cut and rotate the piece to straiten it.

This is one handy app This is one handy app! I'm constantly having to sign this or sign that but pdfFiller makes the process so simple and seamless. What do you like best? The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields... What do you dislike? sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.
