At first I was a little concerned. Difficult experience in the past. More business are utilizing e-sign, Do c-section and Right signature. Nice that I can utilize this program with compatible other programs

The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Maybe some standard forms should be on their site and properly labeled.

Great software for the money
Great software for the money. Has helped tremendously with our business needs. The only thing I would change is the LinktoFill. This gets confusing due to saving a file when you make updates to it and then you end up with having the two files. there should be an option to update exsiting file. Besides that, great program.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
