Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! pdfFiller is a Great
pdfFiller is a great idea, "Not one software fits all." With so many different computer sources and digital platforms out there. We lose track what is compatible, what's not. Not using adobe frequently outside of work, this is amazing.

What do you like best?
It is very easy to use. You can move/resize text, revise previously changed documents, add digital or scanned signatures, and then share it by email, SMS, fax, etc. If I was going to design such a service, this is how I would do it.
What do you dislike?
The only dislike I suppose is the small annual fee; only thing I can think of.

I get alot of paper forms to fill out, intended to be completed by hand. But pdfFiller allows me to type on any form, after it has either been uploaded or scanned, and it looks very professional. Nothing can make the document better.

What do you dislike?
I believe the mobile experience could be improved. It's sometimes confusing when a client is prompted to download the app.

Glad to have it
Glad to have it. Wished i didn't have to reset with every entry. It should assume you want the same font until you tell the program to change. Gets tedious to change for every number on the page.
