If no signature has been previously stored on the device, tap Create Signature, or to replace an existing signature, tap Clear Saved Signature and re-tap > Create Signature. Tap to use your camera to capture an image of your signature. (You can also Hand draws a signature or tap to choose an image on your device.)
Choose Create Signature. Click on the Upload Image tab. Click Choose File. Choose the file on your computer.

Scanner might be the easiest app to use for creating scans on your mobile device. Take a photo of your document through the app and then select the cropping tool. Use it to crop the picture and get the document into frame perfectly. The photo can then be saves as an image file or as a PDF.
From the Start menu, open the Scan app. If you don't spot the Scan app on the Start menu, click the words All Apps in the Start menu's bottom-left corner. (Optional) To change the settings, click the Show More link. Click the Preview button to make sure your scan appears correct. Click the Scan button.
Sign a piece of paper. Scan the paper. Crop down to the best signature. Use the magic wand to select the area around the signature. Paste the signature into a new document with a transparent background. Save the image in a format that supports transparent backgrounds.
Insert the picture into Word, select it so that the picture tools ribbon appears. At the left end of the ribbon, select 'remove background'. Then print the document to PDF. The result is the signature with a transparent background.
