I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. Completing forms and getting them to whomever I choose.
Ease of use. I love this software. I have a health issue that makes filling out forms quite difficult. With this software, I am able to complete any document.
There is not much to dislike. So no comments on that.

It really makes billing a lot easier. The program is really user friendly and it saves all your work
It makes it so much easier to print of my cms 1500 forms for insurance billing.
I like that this software saves your previous work so you can reprint if you make a typo or need to add something to submit again.

I think the app is very good, well worth the price. Some features would be really good to have on the offline app. Only had it one day but other than that the editing tools are perfect for my business needs.
