It's a great solution for my business needs. We are constantly filling out PDF or MS WORD based forms, be they applications, requests, official government forms, etc... My subscription allows me to now more quickly and professionally, turn-around those important documents. Easy to use, but sometimes doesn't show exactly what I need with form being listed under another name or title (e.g. a search for DA 31 gave me the AR 600-1 132 page doc but not the Leave and Pass Form).

easy to use but i don't use so much its really a good app, but at the same time it does not fix all my needs, but i usually do need the app when i have to edit some pdf file, because i feel its easy to use, very intuitive, but i don't use so much the signature features should be improved

Excellent customer service! I used the pdfFiller when I had no access to a printer- it was efficient and easy to use. However this was a one off and thought I had cancelled my subscription. When I saw I was being charged I was concerned as I have no need for the service on a subscription, however I contacted pdfFiller customer services explaining my situation and I received a very reassuring reply from Max and the pending transaction was cancelled immediately. If I ever need the service again I wouldn’t hesitate to use pdfFiller or recommend them. Outstanding customer service.
