it is good but finding documents is difficult, and the UI is a little bit hard to use at first. Double clicking on a document should open it, but it doesn't.

took a while to figure it out. Not sure if I am happy that anyone tyhat fgets a form must log into your online app. Want to have them do it in acrobat reader onlt.

It is sometimes difficult to understand how to use the different functionalities. Your "how to" guides focus on "push this button, then this" but are not focused on the end product (i.e. " how do you create a XXXX")

clients have a hard time opening documents to sign. they get an error message or just can't open to sign. Sometimes it takes hours for them to receive a document. Clients also have a hard time printing out a form they signed

Great software. Only thing is that i wish the email could be modified to where i can get paperwork sent directly to it. The automated one we're given is way to complicated to remember so copy and paste it is. Other than that this is amazing software.

I had a surprisingly positive experience when I discovered that I had a subscription after several months of notifications being filtered into my spam folder. I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Customer service is also great - prompt and friendly in attending to any questions or issues. Makes running my business that much easier.

I signed up for their services during a free trial, but ended up not needing them. When I realized I had been charged for their services, I immediately emailed them and they processed the refund right then. I offered to pay for the few days that I actually had since it was really my fault, but they refunded the full amount.
