It's easy and I use it for billing for my private practice. There was a recent change in the function of the program that you have that has caused me extra time. I used to be able to look up my form by name using the little magnifying glass and then when I found it, click on the form, and then click on the copy icon. The copy icon isn't present anymore when I look up the form by name, so I instead have to scroll back through all of my forms and it takes a lot longer. If I could still look up by name and then copy the form once I found it that way it would be great. I used to be able to do that until the recent formatting changes.

I have had to upgrade twice to professional and just did again so I could use the features. Billing does not show that the upgrades were put in place.

It has been great. It was a little difficult figuring out how to make it work. Having a delete button for the symbols and a spellcheck would be nice. I'm not complaining though. Being able to edit pdfs is EXTREMELY helpful!

It is 100% easier than anything else I have ever used to manipulate and work within pdf files. Please contact me if you would like a reference. I have told everyone about it and how great the site is for true productivity.
What do you dislike?
It is a very robust platform that could use a few more page editing tools - what about cut and paste to move a line of text left or right?

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to navigate the site. What do you dislike? I dislike how sometimes my documents don't get sent out, I have to resend a couple of times before they are received. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? It is allowing me to edit certain documents that I was once before remaking the entire document for different clients.

best out there, has opportunities to get better generally very positive. i used the free trial for a month and switched to the yearly plan. this is by far the best pdf editor i tried using. the biggest selling point is converting the files without losing the layout and the possibility to edit copy and somewhat match the font i noticed that while editing copy the font size of the original text shifts a pixel down and the font weight automatically turns to lighter than original. still the best font matching abilities of all the tools, but sometimes a pain

Overall a very good service Not the cheapest subscription, but you can upload your documents, edit them, send them via emai, fax, USPS, sms, etc. Lots of functionality and very useful. Login anywhere to continue, even via app.

Certificates, Copies, Status Reports and Processing Times Certificates, copies and status reports can be obtained by submitting a request to the California Secretary of State's Sacramento office either in person (drop off) or by mail.
If you're not sure who is serving as the LLC's registered business agent, the information is available through the Secretary of State's office in the state where your business is registered. The same office may also have a copy of your LLC operating agreement, although filing such agreements is generally not required.
Fill out the application. Get a Certificate of Good Standing. Make sure your business's name is available. Designate a registered agent. File all the paperwork and pay the appropriate fee.
A Certificate of Authority is the same for any type of business entity, whether it be a partnership, corporation, or LLC (limited liability company). States that require a Certificate of Authority have different criteria to determine whether a business needs one.
Go to Companies House Service. Enter your company name in the search bar and select your company. Click on the 'Filing history' tab. Find the oldest entry, which should be marked as 'Incorporation', and click 'View PDF'.
