The software is excellent - really easy to use. I wasn#t sure whether to pay for something I'll only use a few times a year but decided to do so simply to save time searching for free software that probably wouldn't be as good. One minor niggle: I paid on my debit card and it took me back to the website, whereupon I had to pay again to gain access - not sure if I have paid twice or not. Would have been five stars other than for that.

On first blush,this is a fine tool. I have a limited number of documents. So this works great. Simple. Easy to follow. Support answered some not so obvious questions quickly and easily. Well done. I have one question or suggestion..I would like to merge a couple of my documents...but don't want to pay for a full upgrade for just two or three uses. Can you offer a "yeah we'll let you do this" one off pricing for someone like me? Would be very helpful. (I will also say I tried several of the competing products...and this was far easier to use)

Anna was very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to know regarding privacy on PDFfiller. It's a safe platform to use. You can work on a form for a client and then they have ways for them to import it into their own PDFfiller account. Without you having to worry about getting into their data! Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.
