Recently I needed to fill out several forms from my mortgage servicer. They emailed the forms in pdf format and wanted them signed and returned same day. The level of communication the team has… The level of communication the team has is second to none. Best customer experience. I recently tried the free trial, I forgot to cancel after the free trial because I needed their service @ that time only. When then cancel my subscription I didn't get a refund, but the team explained to me why that happed if do want a refund what should I do.I then followed the steps and within the time they said , I got my refund. Keep up the great work team.

What do you like best? I love the ability to create forms from both pdfs and word documents. But the link to fill feature is my favorite. It allows persons to complete a form by simply sharing a link. What do you dislike? The sign now feature needs to be better developed. I need the ability for one person to complete a form and then get it signed by others before being returned to me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to cut down on printing cost, and have been able to reduce turnover time for gathering information.

What do you like best? I use it everyday for certificates of insurance, the program is very user friendly What do you dislike? I have tried to save the link on my computer but it never saves. I always have to google acord PDF filler. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It saves all my COI so I just need to change the date and certificate holder.
