Look no further than pdfFiller!
As a person 70+ years old, new programs are usually a challenge for me. However this was not the case with pdfFiller, it was so easy to click on the area and type and being able to alter the text size to fit was a bonus. I highly recommend this program and can vouch for customer support who are there to help.

Very effective tool that enables me to upload and mark students PDF assessments. I would love to learn more to speed up the process further and have some questions re adding colour to symbols i.e. tick symbol

It is a great tool that anybody can use
It is a great tool that anybody can use. It does not matter what type of business, school, or type of work you do you will get out of this service if you have to continually deal with PDF documents. Do you need to sign something? Check. Do you need to change a shipping label by a major retailer for a return? check. Tax documents? check. For real, I'm just a regular stay at home dad and I use this AT LEAST twice a month.

How do you do an 8 and 2 split?
With the 8/2 split, Sail said a driver could drive for 6 hours and then take a 2-hour off-duty break and then drive for another 5 hours. At that point, an 8-hour off-duty period would commence and, when combined with the 2-hour off-duty break, provide the 10 hours of equivalent off-duty time as required by FMCSA.
What is the split sleeper berth rule?
The Split Sleeper Berth provision means flexibility for a driver. It allows a driver to split the required 10 consecutive hour off-duty break into two shifts. One shift must be between 2 and 8 hours, and can be spent in the sleeper berth or off duty (or a combination of the two).
Can a driver split his sleep in the USA?
In July 2013, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) issued a significant revision to the HOS regulations. These regulations apply to property carriers and drivers among them is the sleeper berth exception. Truck drivers are allowed to split on-duty time by using split breaks.

This is called an 8/2 Split or Sleeper Split. If the driver works part of his day, but has some time left over on his 11 and 14-hour clocks, he can stop early and take at least 8 straight hours in the sleeper berth. Once that leftover time is done, he must take at least a 2-hour break.
Does 8 hrs in the sleeper berth reset your 14?
Any period in the sleeper berth of at least 8 consecutive hours does not count as part of the 14 hours and, therefore, allows you to extend the time during which you could use your maximum 11 hours of driving.
How do you split service hours?
This rule is commonly referred to as the “split sleeper berth” rule. To use the split sleeper berth rule, you must spend at least one of the two required rest periods in your sleeper berth. The required rest period in the sleeper berth must be at least 8 consecutive hours (but less than 10 consecutive hours).
What is the 8-hour sleeper berth rule?
According to FMCSA, Drivers using a sleeper berth must take at least 8 hours in the sleeper berth and may split the sleeper berth time into two periods provided neither is less than 2 hours.
