Love the software but a bit of a brain surgery to start with each new document. The links, steps and path for loading and working on documents need to be highlighted better for new users. Probably makes great sense to the programmer but new users have to hunt for the next link or button to click.

Excellent and Easy to Use pdfFiller for Digital Document Management Overall, pdfFiller is a great tool for managing digital documents. It is easy to use and allows me to quickly and accurately fill out documents. However, I think the cost of the service is a bit too expensive. pdfFiller is an incredibly useful tool for managing digital documents. It is incredibly easy to use and allows me to quickly and easily fill out documents with accurate information. It also securely stores my documents so that I can access them anytime. While pdfFiller is a great tool, I find the cost of the service to be a bit too expensive for what it offers. I think there should be more features included with the subscription.

I've been using PDFfiller regularly for over 2 years now, and it works wonderfully. I'm able to upload documents, add fillable lines, and get electronic signatures seamlessly. Phenomenal Customer Service Due to the pandemic, like a lot of people I was forced to work from home. My employer doesn't adequately support us in this task and so one day as a matter of urgency I started the free pdfFiller trial for a month. I set a reminder to cancel my subscription but I didn't complete the cancellation. When the annual subscription fee was taken from my bank account I was devastated, it's a deduction I couldn't afford and my employer would not reimburse me. The team at pdfFiller were amazing. They ensured I successfully cancelled the subscription and they also processed a refund. The speed of response was phenomenal, their empathy towards someone who genuinely could not afford the subscription was so appreciated. Their customer service is like nothing I have experienced before. Keep up the great work.

What do you like best? The site is very easy to use. The layout and design make it very simple to choose the best option for formatting documents. Choices for template or regular document helps to organize which docs you need to reuse. Even if you are not experienced, the options to choose from are so clear, you cannot make a mistake....and if you do, you can fix it very simply. What do you dislike? For me and my business purposes there is nothing wrong with this site. It is perfect and has made my business practice so much easier. Recommendations to others considering the product: Best program for editing documents, reduces additional work time creating new doc, great advantage with template option. With Workforce Ready Attestation, employees can receive a prompt asking them to attest to whether they have taken mandated meal or rest breaks. It's simple to customize the prompts to reflect applicable laws and policies, or to send automated notifications that alert employees of missed attestations.
Kronor Attestation: A Second Line of Defense. The Kronor Attestation tool allows employees to authenticate time worked and breaks taken. They also have the freedom to enter missed punches and review, approve, or reject time cards. All from any compatible device, without the need for help from a manager or HR.
Employees who work more than 10 hours in a day are entitled to take a second meal break. Under California law, when an employer fails to provide a proper meal break to a nonexempt employee, the premium (penalty) owed is one hour of extra pay for each work day that this occurs.
Premium Pay Applies Just Once Daily Per Missed Break/Meal. Labor Code Section 226.7 further addresses the requirement to pay a premium of one hour at the employee's regular rate* for failure to provide a meal period or rest break required by the IWC orders.
California Labor Code section 226.7 provides that employees are entitled to receive premium payment in the form of one additional hour of pay at the employee's regular rate of pay for a missed meal or rest break.

An on-duty meal period is one in which the employee is not relieved of all duties. The nature of the work prevents an employee from being relieved of all duty. The employer and the employee agree to on-duty meal periods in writing. The meal period is paid.
