Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). Fab app. In prep for Brexit I have to complete a lot of HMRC forms, many of which are in locked down pdf. pdf filler has been a life saver. Thoroughly recommend.

Lifesaver!! Lifesaver!!! I am not always able to print documents, fill, them out, sign them, and then scan them in and email them to recipients. This program allows me to skip most of the steps.

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to upload documents and make the necessary changes to the documents that require modification. I have completed forms for students and uploaded signatures easily and have been able to successfully download documents as well. What do you dislike? I have noticed that sometimes when I upload a document that I previously edited using PDFFiller, it makes my signature super bold and not easily read. It changes the format automatically and I have to download a new document to upload and add a signature. It seems like once I utilize PDFfiller and download the document the format of the previous e-signature is no longer compatible. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? We had to provide e-signatures to international students on their I-20 documents and PDFfiller has been an integral part of that process. It has been very accommodating for me to upload documents and sign them electronically for students and then easily download them and email them back to the students.

If you own your home as joint tenants then both of you own the whole of the property, so when one partner dies, the other automatically becomes the sole owner of the home. With tenants in common, you each own a share of the property, typically split half-and-half.
If the owners cannot agree on a voluntary partition, any of the owners has a right, as a tenant in common, to go into court and ask the court to divide the property, or, if it cannot be equally divided, then to sell the property and split up the money.
How Can Joint Tenants Become Tenants in Common? The four unities necessary to create a joint tenancy are time, title, interest, and possession. Each owner must take title to the property at the same time. Each owner must receive the title on the same deed or document evidencing title.
For example: Jane, Bob, Adam, and Ronald own equal 25 percent shares in a rental property as joint tenants with right of survivorship. When Bob dies, the others divide his share, becoming 33 percent owners. Tenants in common have no right of survivorship.
Rent. Therefore, the general rule is that if one co-tenant is in exclusive possession of the property because the other co-tenant voluntarily allows him or her to possess the property alone, then the co-tenant who is in possession does not have to pay rent to the other co-tenant.
Tenants in common. Increasing numbers of homeowners are choosing to hold their properties as tenants in common to cut inheritance tax, avoid care home fees or protect their share. It is also a good way for parents to help get their children on the property ladder while protecting their money.

Owning your property as Tenants in Common means that all people own the property jointly, but in equal for possibly unequal shares. The advantage of owning a property as Tenants in Common is that any property owner may leave their share in the property under their own will to another person of their choice.
