The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not have an option to undo things if you make an error. If you make an error you have to restart the whole thing. Otherwise, its a great program to have!!!

The service was great and really useful! I've used it for the past year- I just didnt need it and couldn't afford it this year- the reason I'm giving 5 stars is because when I went to cancel it within a month of by mistake letting it renew- they (Jerome in the chatbox) were SOOOO AMAZING and helpful! With so many companies they completely dehumanize you and fight for ages when you try to cancel. It has given me immense respect for this company that they were kind and helpful!

I work in HR and needed help with setting up an application to generate the same information such as name, DOB, etc on all pages to save time. Rep Kara was amazing! Had a fantastic experience with PDFfiller with the refund I requested. I registered for a trial version and canceled the same day but they still charged me a month later. I brought that up to their attention and they promptly processed the refund. I thought they were going to give me the run around like many companies do but I was pleasantly surprised. Keep up the great customer service guys.
