I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. But after trying it, I liked it so much, I continued the subscription after the trial and my subscription expires in 2 days and I plan to renew for another year. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in .pdf format. The software is really good
The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

Well time saving. instead of many back & forth conversions to & from word to PDF I could just edit save & forward. I just need to know or investigate on file download?

AWESOME SOFTWARE
Great software, the only challenge I had was the sign in process. I have had a few accounts as I had challenges signing in and ended up making additional accounts. This could be user error but I am sure others have had this issue also.

This is a great tool for filling anything out in my opinion. Especially when you're in business and have to constantly send forms to people. I really can't complain

PDF filler were fantastic.
PDF filler were great. I used the service when I needed and signed up the subscription service. I had a lot IRL things going on and forgot about it. They issued a refund anyways when I asked. Really great customer service from them when needed. Thanks to Jerome.

Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store.
