PDFfiller came in very handy, especially with the ability to fax. Recently, I had to complete documents on behalf of my mother after my father passed away. Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. The service itself is great and I would recommend it to any business that needs to edit and sign documents online .

I was charged for a subscription which was, to me, erroneous as I had merely tried the sofware and immediately cancelled.
But on contacting customer service I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of their response and at the total refund with no qustions asked.

Great app!!
I like this app very much it makes keeping track of my medications, allergies, surgeries and other medical information easier and all in one place. I can just print what I need to take with me when I am going to see a new doctor for the first time. I recommend this product.
