I really like it so far. The snap to grid text editing is fantastic. The cloud options and email sync are perfect. Nice job. The UI is almost exactly like my Neat scanner software so it's very intuitive.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). I just closed escrow on two homes, and the PDF filler allowed me electronically edit/sign/date all the forms necessary to sale and buy our properties. It saved a tremendous amount of time and paper because I saved the forms to my desktop and then returned the completed forms electronically.

I was looking for options for a one off issue I had with PDF forms and signed up to PDF Filler for the 1 month free trial. I realised shortly after this that I would have little use for this facility in the future but neglected to cancel the subscription within the free trial period. At the conclusion of the free trial period I was billed for the annual subscription, however I contacted the company via Customer Services live chat and without much trouble they cancelled the subscription and refunded the fee. Excellent service and very professional advisors.

There should not be an option for…
There should not be an option for alteration on the PDF document. For example, when I tried to type my name, I made a mistake and I back space the mistake but I ended up deleting the line on the original PDF document. A program like this should not give me the option to do that. Other than that, I felt like PDF Filer got the job done for me.

If you are an insurance biller....this is the software you need!
The ease of finding, and using different types of preformatted pdf documents vastly cuts down on the amount of time I have to spend on filling these forms out by hand.

I love the product and help via chat has been great but it would be nice to have some training videos to help me get up and running with the product. This is my busy season and it slows me down having to chat for help a video would be so much nicer. Thank you for a great product.
