Good but very expensive; if I could open and fill PDFs on my computer, I would do so, but my computer, for whatever reason, will not allow me to. Also, lining up the characters/text could be better?? But thank you - it's still a lifesaver!

I originally subscribed to the website confused about how much the yearly subscription cost. I was able to cancel my subscription, get a refund and finish up working on my documents. All in all, after the 30 days free is up, I think I will subscribe to the 19.99$/month. Very helpful site and service!

Overall a very positive experience. I think customers should be given the option of a low-cost limited one-time use of the site with full features, rather than forcing customers to subscribe for a full month or year with automatic renewal.

I am a Special Education teacher, and to be able to take pdf files general education teachers are using and enter in text boxes so my students can type into the pdf is very helpful for my writing challenged students. I can also fill in answers to study guides and email or send home a paper copy for my students to study from also.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Great communication and customer service!
I haven’t used their service but I was being charged yearly by mistake for whatever weird reason, and they immediately gave me a refund and apologized. These guys are on the ball! Couldn’t complain if I tried.
