You can be able to merge more PDF's into one file
The reason to use PDF filler was I wanted to merge more files and I managed to do it easily the only problem is that the premium version is expensive to me.

How is a shape set in Nitin?
Shape setting is the process of wrapping Nitin wire around a mandrel or fixture and heat treating at a closely controlled time and temperature to achieve a desired shape in the material. If your application requires shape set parts, contact us.
How is a shape set into the memory of Nitin?
Nitin in its martensite (low temperature) state is easily bent or twisted into a new shape. Then, as it is heated it passes through a narrow range of temperatures where it changes to an austenite structure and reverts to its previous shape.
How is Nitin made?
Nitin is typically composed of approximately 50 to 51% nickel by atomic percent (55 to 56% weight percent). Making small changes in the composition can change the transition temperature of the alloy significantly.
How can you set a piece of Nita wire into a new shape?
The process required to set the shape is similar whether beginning with Nitin in the form of wire, strip, sheet, tubing, rod or bar. Shape setting (or training) is accomplished by constraining the Nitin element on a mandrel or fixture of the desired shape and applying an appropriate heat treatment.

Shape-memory polymers (SMS) are polymeric smart materials that have the ability to return from a deformed state (temporary shape) to their original (permanent) shape induced by an external stimulus (trigger), such as temperature change.
What are shape memory polymers used for?
Shape memory polymer (SVP) is a genre of smart materials which demonstrate a capability to fix in the temporarily programmed shape and to recover the original shape upon exposure to external stimuli. Such unique and amazing properties of SMS are applied to develop smart textiles by incorporating SVP into the fabric.
Why does Nitin remember its shape?
Nitin's unique properties of shape memory and super elasticity result from a phase transformation within its crystal structure that happens with temperature change. At lower temperatures the structure is martensite, a weaker form, and at higher temperatures, austenite, which is stronger.
How do you shape a memory alloy?
Shape-memory alloys are typically made by casting, using vacuum arc melting or induction melting. These are specialist techniques used to keep impurities in the alloy to a minimum and ensure the metals are well mixed. The ingot is then hot rolled into longer sections and then drawn to turn it into wire.
