I actually subscribed to PDF filler through our business. After we sold out business the new owners used a different service. However, I really rate this product so I subscribed to it personally to use when needed for signing anything. Really great web application!

This is a great platform, very seamless and user friendly. It does cost a bit so it would make sense if you use it quite often. Glad to have it. Wished i didn't have to reset with every entry. It should assume you want the same font until you tell the program to change. Gets tedious to change for every number on the page.

Can I add a footer to a PDF document?
To do so, go to the “Tools” menu and click “Edit PDF” if editing is not enabled. Then, in the toolbar, click “Header & Footer” then “Add” to add a header or footer to the document to display the page numbers. Click the header or footer where you want the page numbers.
How do you add a title to a PDF document?
Select File > Properties.
Select the Description tab to view the metadata in the document, including the document information dictionary.
Modify the Title field to add or change the document's Title entry.
