What do you like best?
One can easily edit, e-sign and share PDF documents online. Very effective while converting PDFs.
What do you dislike?
Doesn't let other forms of documents to convert. Only allows PDFs.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It is not possible or difficult to e-sign your documents by using other websites or applications. Best website for e-sign.

Honesty and integrity are not something…
Honesty and integrity are not something I align with online trial subscription. Most will hope you forget so they can charge you anyway. But PDFfilIer holds to a higher standard. I am NOT an employee forced to write a review. This for real just happened like 10 minutes ago.
I signed up for a trial to complete a job for my employer. Forgot to cancel before the trial ended. I don't make much, so $96 was a hit I wasn't expecting or able to pay. Support had already approved and completed the refund and cancelation of my subscription before I had even finished explaining my situation to the rep in chat (Aiden). The email came from "Sarah from PDFfiller" explaining that it was taken care of while I was still chatting with the rep.
I was expecting a battle. Now I expect to either sign up with PDFfiller when I have a more consistent need or get my boss to pay for the service. The platform was quick and easy to navigate. Based solely on this experience, I would recommend this platform if you are in need of creating these types of documents.
The only thing I would change is that I couldn't find my payment options in my account info to see what card was used. Nor could I find an avenue to change my payment options.

I used this one time for squares for a fundraiser and was looking forward to continuing using this service needed for a side job; however, this side job fell through. I thought I had cancelled on March 2, but must have not submitted something. I was charged today. If I could be refunded I would really appreciate it.

How can you share a record?
Go to the Module from which you want to share a record and select a record. In the Record Details page, click the More Actions icon and then click Share. In the Sharing [Record] popup, do the following: Select the users with whom you want to share the record.
What are the different ways to share a record?

Who can manually share records?
Manual sharing allows users to grant one-off access to their individual records for users, roles, and public groups. Manual sharing is available: To the record owners, their managers in the role hierarchy, and administrators. For objects set as public read-only or private in organization-wide defaults.
How can a user have full access to a record?
Every record is owned by a user or a queue. The owner has full access to the record. In a hierarchy, users higher in the hierarchy always have the same access to users below them in the hierarchy. This access applies to records owned by users, as well as records shared with them.
What is the difference between permission set and sharing rules?
They just allow greater access for particular users. You can share records owned by certain users or meeting certain criteria. Permission sets only provide general permissions to objects. Creating a permission set is like extending a profile.
What is the difference between profile and permission set?
The key difference between the two is that the Profile is the users base set of permissions and all users are assigned to one. Profiles can be used to give or take away permission from the users assigned to it. Permission Sets can only give or extend permission to the users assigned to it.
What is the sharing rule?
Sharing Rules. Use sharing rules to extend sharing access to users in public groups, roles, or territories. Sharing rules give particular users greater access by making automatic exceptions to your org-wide sharing settings.
