What do you like best?
I like that the system is user friendly. It makes the paperwork process for our clients easier which helps us win and retain a lot of business.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the system will not allow me to download the forms I've edited. Sometimes there are glitches in the system that prevent us from logging in and saving documents. Sometimes system can be a bit slow, I notice it more in the afternoon where people may use the system more.

Fill it out! Overall, I love when this is available to use for forms I need to fax or email. I love the feature of being able to fill the form out online. Very easy to use and beats having to fill in by hand, scan and send. I am not quite sure how to do this myself and have to ask IT to assist in making the form fillable for me.

I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. Easy to use I couldn't find what I was looking for on the CRA site and this popped up in my search. I have used it before for Real Estate forms. I didn't know I could use it for CRA forms too. I love how easy it is to use.

Easy addition This product has been very helpful for my needs. I like the ease of searching for a form, in my case an insurance form, and then filling in. The program makes it easy to edit boxes and save forms. The software is a little slow... there is a significant lag time opening each document, as well as saving and printing.

I highly recommend if you just need to… I highly recommend if you just need to do one project I won't comment on the long term part but I signed up for free trial made edits on a 24 page PDF I received via email and to return via email filled out. I was ripped off by two other pdf companies before I tried this one. both times I did 24 pages of work only for it to paywall it and never recover it even after taking my money.THANK YOU PDFFILLER

Overall pleased, have a bit to learn for my use which is limited home tasks. I believe that initial access problems are resolved. I am sure that I could more easily accomplish the basic tasks that I have for PDF. Not pressing and I can fumble my way thru it.

What do you like best? Easy to use when you need a fast, effective solution. What do you dislike? The email interface is a little cumbersome, but still very usable. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use and deploy. No licensing to worry about and no updates! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Immediate refund received I had thought I had cancelled my subscription so was very surprised to get a notification from PayPal that I had been charged $96.
