It was a huge help on a critically important document. It was a downloaded pdf that I had to annotate, but Acrobat Pro was unable to edit it because Livecycle Designer was required. PDFfiller allowed me to do it entirely online and then print out. the required hard copy It was a godsend!

Great service. There isn't anything that I can't do with this program. Very convenient. It works when you need it. My only desire is that while typing, the sentences should automatically loop to the next line. It's bothersome that I have to keep my eyes on the line instead of what I'm doing.

I love the template feature. Working for multiple physicians practices and several providers, it's so nice to be able change the provider name so easily and even organize my documents into folders that I can access no matter where I am!

PDF filler works great and has helped print some documents that we used to have to type.
Less time spent on creating forms for the clinic.
Document creation - used it for paper billing, in house forms, and staff checklists. Easy to create the document and implement
Alignment is sometimes different on the document than what prints. Can take a little trial and error to make it align perfectly.

I reviewed this software for my company (we historically use another product) for function and usability. It is significantly more user friendly than the others that do similar functions. What makes this a good decision is the cost and the support. It costs a third of the software we currently use and when I experienced a problem (on the weekend) I had (professional and personal) support online in less than a minute. Very satisfied.

Do all notaries have a raised seal?
Notary Stamp: Notary seal stamps are inked rubber stamps that imprint state required information usually the Notary Public's name, state of commission and date of commission expiration. Some states still require a raised embossed seal, but embossers are more commonly used in conjunction with the inked rubber stamp.
Do notaries still use a seal?
Currently commissioned notaries may continue to use either a stamp or an embosser until they renew. NOTE- Seal impression must be photographically reproducible. NOTE- Seal impression must be photographically reproducible. Embossing seal may be used ONLY in conjunction with ink stamp.
Does a notary always use a seal?
Unless your state does not allow its notaries to use a notary seal, you must always seal every document that you notarize. Your seal is exclusively yours and is part of your equipment as a commissioned public official.
What is the difference between a notary stamp and seal?
Difference Between Stamps and Embossers The term “Notary seal” is often used interchangeably with stamp and embosser. Some states refer to seals as stamps while other states use seal to reference an embosser. Notary stamps are usually rectangular, but some states require a round stamp.
Do NY notaries need a seal?
New York Notary Seals. The use of a Notary seal is not required in the state of New York, but a Notary must print, typewrite, or stamp certain information on every notarial certificate.
What if my notary seal wears out?
Most Notaries will need to replace an expired seal at some point which means they will have to properly dispose of the old one. You also may need to destroy or dispose of a seal stamp if you get a new one before your commission expires.
What can I do with an old notary seal?
Remove the rubber from the bottom or base of your stamp, being careful to not get ink on your hands. Cut the rubber polymer into pieces with scissors to ensure it is properly destroyed. Throw the pieces of rubber into the trash.
What happens if I lose my notary stamp?
If your stamp is stolen, we highly advise you to file a police report and send a copy of the report to the notary department of your state. Be sure to retain the original report for your records. Once you have reported that your supplies are missing or stolen, you should replace them as soon as possible.
