EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! EXCELLENT customer service!

I would change the interface
I would change the interface, to make it more friendly, the location of the buttons, and things like that, but the tool is very powerful and honestly very very helpful! Thanks a lot!

What do you like best?
I enjoy the ease with uploading and editing files. As well as, the ability to change file types or combine documents.
What do you dislike?
The formatting can be time consuming and is hard to keep text consistent with original document.

I would consider what you need it for and the price. It serves a good use for pdf editing and file management.

How do you share a recorded team?
Set video permissions in Stream. As the meeting recording owner, go to the recording in the Teams chat history and select More options. > Open in Microsoft Stream. Get a link to share. In Teams, go to the meeting recording in the chat history and select More options.
How do you get recorded from a team?
Start or join the meeting. To start recording, go to the meeting controls and select More options. > Start recording. To stop recording, go to the meeting controls and select More options > Stop recording.
How do I retrieve recordings from a Microsoft team?
If you participated in a meeting, go to the chat history in Teams and select Play to play the meeting recording directly in the Teams window. If you own the meeting recording, you can also find it on Microsoft Stream. Just go to My Content > Videos. Who can view a meeting recording?
Where are MS Teams recordings stored?
The Teams' application uses specific Azure blob, table, and queue storage (collectively referred to as the Teams substrate). Files are stored in SharePoint and OneDrive for Business, and meeting recordings are stored in Stream, all of which in turn use Azure storage.
