The system worked very nicely overall. I have uploaded several documents now and found it very nice for completing PDF and Pre-made fillable Word documents as well. I only had one minor glitch the first time I used it, but have not seen it repeated in several usages since. Overall I would definitely recommend this if you have to regularly fill and edit forms.

As far as I have been using it it looks nice, the only problem that I found was when I choose to convert my pdf into a word document some letters and format change or is missing.

So surprised and happy to find this VA application online and available to convert to a filler style form. Printing the document by-hand was painful and re-dos were tedious but with your program I was able to complete and annotate (where needed) the application in a legible, presentable manner. Software can lag with larger documents, tutorials are beneficial when first learning advanced features.

The program is easy to understand and use. It is intuitive for anyone used to editing documents or creating forms.
I would prefer better opportunities to edit changes while in the same document. It can be challenging to erase and re-enter information.

What do you like best?
This program makes it very easy to enter data into pre-printed forms instead of using a typewriter.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes there will be a data box over another data box and it makes it difficult to change information. Also, when you highlight and change or add to preexisting words the formatting changes and you can not change it back to look like the original
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not having to ever use a typewriter is the best benefit. Having all of my previous files stored is highly appreciated.
