I do not dislike anything. If I had to pick my least favorite thing, I’d say that sharing documents via is not as straight forward from the website. I usually save a local copy and email from that to avoid confusion.

Easy to Use PDF Filler
It's very easy to upload documents and complete the forms. We use it for all of our documents.
I sometimes have trouble with my signature loading. My printed signature always loads but my written one does not always load. I'm not sure what causes the signature failure but it is sometimes a problem.

It was a little slow at the beginning…
It was a little slow at the beginning until all information required was visible to agent - perhaps of the template for reply used. After that it was very quickly resolved. Some functions are not readily apparent but overall it is a great tool. I had difficulty when it auto-filled a date field that I wanted to leave blank. I struggled to clear it because the dropdown appeared every time I tried, and if I deleted the current date got restored by the dropdown. Then after I finally blanked the field it jumped to another and did the same thing. Once I got that cleared it would not let me go to the next page, insisting I populate another field intentionally left blank. I used the slider to jump forward and then approach the page I wanted from the other direction.

This is all new to me and didn't know…
This is all new to me and didn't know there was just a thing to let me fill in PDFs instead of printing them, filling them out and scanning then uploading to email back to someone... for example. Talk about a time saver!!! Plus I love the way it looks! So much more professional than hand written. In my opinion.
