I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When the court clerk doesn't have customized forms for filing, this is so much easier than trying to perfectly fill out long, generic forms by hand in blue or black ink!

I found it really easy to use, but all of the boxes did not have specific instructions. I struggled with boxes 16-18. Through google, I discovered that I should leave them blank.

I love it! my only gripe is not being able to send emails with pdf's as normal attachments. I have to send a lot of PDF's to insurance companies and they complain that their systems cannot open the PDF's as sent from pdffiller so I have to take the time to download them from pdffiller, upload them to my CRM, and then attach them in emails. It would be great to be able to save that time. But other than that I am very impressed with the service.

All i needed was the Rewrite PDF mode, All i needed was the Rewrite PDF mode,but you hide it took me almost 30 minutes to find this.And almost get out from this site..if you see i'm uploading a PDF file, suggest me the rewrite mode from within the Preview mode, (or on right click on the document - with the remove to trash and all the other options)

Once I figured out how to use the eraser feature, this software was immensely helpful. Occasionally, it did not print the lines on Schedules K-1, but eventually it did. I have now successfully downloaded a file from the IRS and merged it into the file I was working on with pdf Filler. I really like this software.
