Quite simple and handy to fill. I would have preferred using my own signature on the completed form but I had difficulty loading an image of my signature.

Excellent program, way easier then DocuSign Super easy to use and if you need tech support they are there for you. Its very easy to use and very informative. A couple of clicks and you are done. Tech support is great as well! It would be nice to get an email when the client opens the contract I send, rather then always having to check

Average Tattoo Cost. The average cost for a small tattoo like a heart or cross is $50 to $250. For a medium-sized tattoo like a tribal or portrait, expect to spend between $150 and $450. Hiring a tattoo artist typically costs $120 to $150 per hour, and prices depend on how long it takes.
What does tattoo pain feel like? Realistically, getting a tattoo feels like a touch of slightly stinging, burning pain coupled with an annoying, intense vibration and the sensation that someone is dragging a needle across your skin because that's exactly what someone is doing.
Choose a licensed tattoo artist. Pick a less sensitive body part. Get enough sleep. Avoid pain relievers. Don't get a tattoo when you're sick. Stay hydrated. Eat a meal. Avoid alcohol.
A small simple quarter-size tattoo could take an hour, where a large back piece could take seven or ten. Size matters in this equation, and it's important to remember that time is also money. The longer it takes to finish, the more your piece will cost.
Small Tattoo Cost. A small tattoo costs $50 to $250 on average for designs that cover 3 square inches of skin or less. Regardless of the size, you have to pay the shop minimum fee of around $50 or more, and then they usually charge an hourly rate as well after the first hour.

cover your tattoo with sunblock until it's fully healed. scratch or pick at the tattoo. wear tight clothing over the tattoo. go swimming or immerse your body in water (showers are fine)
Some commonly recommended ointments would be Bacitracin, A+D Ointment and Aquifer; I would recommend staying away from Vaseline and petroleum jelly. It is VERY IMPORTANT to only use a very tiny amount of ointment and that you lightly rub in on in a thin, shiny, barely there layer over the tattoo.

There are no shortcuts in tattooing. Teaching yourself is a long and hard road. For some people, it means work that will never pay off. Just give yourself time to understand the art and develop your skills, but always try to enjoy what you are doing.
Migliaccio says you should insert the needle into the skin at a 45-degree angle, as if you're sewing the ink into the surface of the skin, and not poke it in too far less than an eighth of an inch deep.
When getting a tattoo, the needle should only go 3 to 4 layers into the skin. Any deeper into the dermis and you could end up with scar tissue. This will cause your tattoo to feel bumpy once healed.
Depending on the placement of your design, stick and poke tattoos tend to cause more discomfort than a professional one do. With stick and pokes, your artist is essentially stabbing you over and over again with a needle. I personally prefer the vibrating needle of the tattoo gun.
