I had some initial problems (undoing things and a pop-up overtime I used text boxes). Customer support representative Ellie guided me through it and was able to resolve most of my problems. I still wish I could use the text boxes without the pop-up though. I believe at this time it is not possible.

I had trouble with saving files but I figured it out. The program comes with alot of different features and a webinar to see how it all works would be great.

This is a good app. It could be improved with navigation that's a bit less clunky - more intuitive. I also wish there was a way to fill out forms without having to recenter, re-size, re-font the text so it looks normal in the document.

The program requires no OCR software which in my experience creates lots of problems for most "Form Filler" software I have tried to use in the past.

Great Value! A Must Have!
PDF Filler is one software that's worth so much more than what I paid for. I work in 3 different industries- Staffing, Construction and Real Estate and this software has become a necessity in everyday document preparation. It saves so much time and money. No need to subscribe to expensive Adobe editing software. Every time I show how this software works to friends and colleagues, they are amazed. I wish I had known about PDF Filler long time ago. Great tool and helpful to keep business going while traveling or on the go.
Simple, easy to use format. I could access it while on the go and get work done without having to log into my laptop.
When trying to "save as", it takes a few more steps than I'd like it to.

I used this PDFfiller for the 1st time and it worked great. I was able to drag the document that was sent to me into the PDF filler and it opened all the fields so I could edit and resend.
