Great Customer Service!
I hadn't realized That I was getting billed, and for 9 months, I was paying for a service I only used once. Ryan helped me over the customer support, and helped me find the email I had used (it wasn't my main account), and helped me cancel the subscription for a full refund. He was super nice about it to, so I figured I'd review him.

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Why can't I delete pages from PDF?
Go to Edit-Preferences and in the Documents section see if PDF/A View Mode is set to Always. Change it to Never, then try to delete pages. I remember reading in other threads that if you close the PDF then reopen it, you may then be able to delete the pages.
How do I delete pages from a PDF in Windows?
Delete PDF Pages Go to the “Page” tab on the toolbar, and select the pages you want to delete. Then click the “Delete” icon. After that, click the “Delete” button in the pop-up window. This will delete pages from PDF.
How do you delete a PDF that won't delete?
In Windows Explorer, turn off the Preview Pane. (Alt+P, or click”Preview Pane” in the Windows Explorer toolbar.)
If that doesn't work, use SHIFT+DELETE to permanently delete the file. (Caution: You won't be able to undelete).
