PDFfiller came in very handy, especially with the ability to fax. Recently, I had to complete documents on behalf of my mother after my father passed away. This product worked beautifully! I would continue an ongoing subscription but only needed for some back tax forms. Very nice product. I especially liked that I could save it in Word to continue working on it after the subscription ended. Thank you.

Overall, it was good.
Saying it is free is misleading.
I understand marketing, but I spent A TON of time filing out a document only to find out the only way I could retrieve it was to pay for a subscription which I would then have cancel to make it "free".
The other issue was that when the document was converted it shuffled page 2 with page 3 and the only way I could correct it was to upgrade the subscription. I would not spend the additional money when I print it and scan it back in the correct order. Again I'm sure it was an additional money making opportunity for you, but not worth the cost for me.

easy to find relevant documents. Appreciate the option to print them or fill them out online. Appreciate how organized the site is and how thorough the collection of documents you have available. Also appreciate being able to write my own signature.

Sometimes the signature block format gets distorted (inserts as a code).
