This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I love it, it's more user friendly and reasonable than Adobe filler and keeps changes, doesn't always work that way with Adobe. The only thing is it needs alignment buttons, like center, left or right justified. Setting up new forms requires much counting spaces to center. Other than that am happy thus far with the program.

I tried it before purchasing. The font, tick box selection and general feel is better, in my opinion, than that I have experienced with Adobe. My abilities are significantly challenged due to illness. The PDF document that I have to use presents with problems when I run it in other edit utilities. I may call on you if I get stuck, but so far I am favorably impressed with this product. Thanks. ;-)

It is easy to use and very helpful. I just started so I am a bit slow in getting the documents made or using it. I would have liked it a bit more straightforward, but I like it so far.

SAM/ JULZ WAS WONDERFUL! SUCH A GREAT SUPPORT! After spending hours trying to fix the problem earlier and having no luck with the calling from billing dept. One agent hung up on me! He came to the rescue, worked to TEACH ME how to walk through the issue and solve the problem. I am so grateful! I will always ask for him in the future! perfect 10 for his effort and going out of his way to help really solve the issue and teach me how to handle it in the future!
