I think your product is fabulous and quite easy to use. My problem is that I have a very part time office and paying the monthly or even yearly subscription is difficult. A per use charge might work better for me.

Unfortunately I paid for PDFescape before I found you. I subscribed to the Ultimate - it was very user unfriendly with absolutely no online tutorials or help - and I am no novice, I have designed and published several of my own websites. I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

A safe way to fill forms
I wish they had an option for screenshare set up support. Though it took awhile to learn, we are so grateful for what it's allowed our company to do!
LinktoFill allows us to send out one link and receive back filled PDF's instead of uploading over and over and sending back and forth to gather missed info.
The site is hard to learn and takes a bit to get used to.

Excellent Product
The product is offering me the ability to execute contracts/agreements on the fly no matter where I am. When traveling and a signature is required for contract execution, time is critical to completing the deal. PDFiller allows me to do that.
PDFiller is simply the easiest and most useful product in its category. Simple to use and very user friendly.
Honestly, it has done everything I have needed to for the past 3 years. If I had to say something, I would say maybe an easier way to save and send. But, that would be pushing it.

It was easy to navigate and find the forms that i needed and fill them out without confusion. I was able to fill iin information and send to my email with ease.

I mislead them on my intentions for the service level that I required. Once I brought it to their attention, I answered 3 questions; and the matter was immediately resolved. Outstanding customer service comms. !!!

What do you like best?
All the functions have served me well but.the one I used the most is the fax option. I recently started using PDf fillable now that I'm completely online as it help for those clients that do not have access to printers, scanners or fax machines
What do you dislike?
That I can not save it as a template and upload it to my cloud service
