I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. It would probably be a big plus for most. I have been this job for 13 years and I'm so used to it as well as my clients being used to me. It just works to handwrite them for me. It is easy to use, it just takes longer for me to do.

As a small business owner in the healthcare field, we do not have the resources to have much administrative support. I like the way I can go back and make corrections and print out over and over until I get it right and not being charged for the times I have to print the document.

What do you like best?
I use the pdf merge feature constantly. It's great for compiling packets, assorted documents, expense reports etc.
What do you dislike?
It's not cheap, limited to uploading 5 docs

Perfect for creating single fillable…
Perfect for creating single fillable documents and merging pdf pages. A little clunky but does the jo and cost is reasonable.

What do you like best?
This program makes it very easy to enter data into pre-printed forms instead of using a typewriter.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes there will be a data box over another data box and it makes it difficult to change information. Also, when you highlight and change or add to preexisting words the formatting changes and you can not change it back to look like the original
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not having to ever use a typewriter is the best benefit. Having all of my previous files stored is highly appreciated.
