What do you like best?
I really like how I can fill out any form and it will turn it into a pdf. I also like how I can sign any form with my signature.
What do you dislike?
I do not really enjoy filling out forms that do not provide just a box to type in, rather it is little individual boxes for every letter. When the form is this way. I have to insert a new text box for every letter so that the letters would fall in their own little box and doesn't look out of place. These are the forms that are difficult to fill out. Unless there is a setting I haven't figured out yet.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! PDF filler works great and has helped print some documents that we used to have to type.
Less time spent on creating forms for the clinic.
Document creation - used it for paper billing, in house forms, and staff checklists. Easy to create the document and implement
Alignment is sometimes different on the document than what prints. Can take a little trial and error to make it align perfectly.

pdfFiller is user-friendly and the site is easy to navigate. I love the fact that a function stays the same until you change it, eg. a font size and format. However, I would like the option to use all the Fonts that I have installed on my own computer. When a page is duplicated, I'd love it if the 'changes' made to the original using pdfFiller, could also be duplicated rather than simply a duplication of the original document. I also can't seem to find a way to cut and paste text to apply it in a different area of the document, which means that the process of replicating a change is more time-consuming, but this could be my current unfamiliarity with the software. I was impressed that within a couple of hours of use, I was offered the option to attend a webinar to improve my understanding.
