The search option brought up the forms I needed. In on instance multiple versions were on different sites. I was able to bring in to the appropriate version by typing in the URL, I found that to be a real time saver.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. I am confused: can I efile the 940,941, 1096+1099 with the IrS from this sight using "Export-submit to IRS?...how and how to i get confirmation of the filing??

What do you like best?
It has the main features that I'm looking for: I can upload a pdf, add text, remove text, blackout text, etc. It also allows e-signatures.
What do you dislike?
The process to download files is a little tedious. You have to single-click on the file from a list, then the program takes you to a new page to rename and choose the download location. But if you accidentally double-click on the file, the file will open instead. I've been using this program for years and it still takes me way too long to download a file.

I use pdfFiller to fill out forms for work. I used to have to print these forms, complete them by hand, then scan them and shred them. With this program we get to eliminate the use of paper and save time.
